Return and Cancellation Policy

Per our terms and conditions, all sales are final and no cancellations, refunds, credits or adjustments can be issued once an order is placed.

Not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you believe your gift card has been lost or stolen, please contact customer service immediately and we will, as a courtesy, attempt to deactive your gift card number and issue a new one.

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased with a Giftbar gift card from a merchant, you will need to contact that merchant directly to discuss a refund or credit. Please note that most Giftbar merchants do not offer refunds of any kind but may, at their sole discretion, offer store credit in exchange for returned merchandise. Giftbar is not responsible for the return or store credit policies of individual merchants and all such arrangements must be made between the customer and merchant.
